• Apply age and developmentally appropriate practices innovatively to develop the diverse strengths of each individual child.
• Engage children in meaningful learning experiences in collaboration with their peers and adults (parents/community collaborations).
• Provide a welcoming, warm, loving, experiential, stimulating, secure and safe environment so that your child would be encouraged to explore, inquire, interact, develop positive dispositions and independence.
