Joranna Ang graduated with a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College, USA and a Bachelor of Business (Business Administration) from RMIT, Australia. She was formerly a Senior Principal at Nobleland@Clementi for four years before taking up the HQ role as Head of the Centre for Excellence. Joranna has been working in the Early Childhood sector for more than 15 years. She was also an adjunct lecturer for Early Childhood Education for about eight years.
Before making a mid-career switch to the Early Childhood Care and Education sector, Joranna spent more than 20 years in a multinational corporation company as a Training and Education Programme Manager.
Training and mentoring have always been her passion in all her years of work. She firmly believes that leading and guiding the leaders and teachers in establishing a culture of care, respect and trust with the children and strong collaboration with families and community will have a tremendous and positive impact on the children’s learning and development. Joranna works closely with the Centre leaders to ensure a high standard of care and customer service and deliver a high-quality curriculum and programmes. She also conducts quality audits and quality assurance of all the centres to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities.
