Senior Manager - Strategic Planning/Curriculum/Quality

George brings over 15 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience in Singapore’s early childhood sector, with a strong track record in multi-site operations and strategic planning. He holds a Master of Education (Early Childhood) from NTU, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Childhood Studies, Guidance and Counselling from Northumbria University, and NIEC’s Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership and Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education.

His earlier 14-year career in enterprise IT adds a technological perspective, strengthening systems, data-informed practice and innovation across centres. He works alongside Centre Leaders to uphold quality standards, develop educators and deepen family and community engagement.

George believes every child is unique, capable and deserving of a nurturing environment. Through meaningful relationships, purposeful experiences and inclusive practice, he partners with educators and families to raise confident, compassionate lifelong learners who realise their fullest potential.
