The warrior figures in Justin Lee’s adaptation of his artwork East & West have inspired our little K1 artists to bring forth a new kind of hero. Their creations are named Trash Heroes, guardians of our streets! Each Trash Hero is made from the remnants of yesterday. They encourage us to consider what it means to create, to protect and to connect, and serve as a reminder that each of us holds the power to become a hero in our own right.
