Through the SAM Touch Collection, the children were introduced to new ways of interacting with art. It was a novel experience for them as they could "see” many things without their sense of sight. With this experience in mind, they used their tiny hands to fashion musical notes out of air-dried clay. They also used rubber bands to make musical boxes, which are designed to be accessible for their visually impaired friends.
